With our specially designed high performance intercooler from Wagner Tuning you replace the original intercooler and experience a revolutionary increase in performance.

Our high performance intercooler features an innovative performance intercooler core with dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm. It was developed specifically for the high demands of the KTM engine and offers an incredible 80 Percent more external core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The ratio between internal and external Cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The Cast aluminum end boxes were designed using state-of-the-art CAD technology and optimized by CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, increasing air mass flow by an impressive 33 Percent.

This also makes our kit ideal for racing. You benefit from optimum cooling of the supercharged air and a significant increase in performance.
