ECM By-Pass System For 2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 Optional feature for Exhaust brake kits without air tanks. Not for use with Pacbrake Transmission controller or kits with Dual relays.

you can lose some potential features: The progressive braking feature will be lost on manual transmission vehicles You will lose the feature where the Dodge RAMs have a warm-up feature programmed into the ECM which activates the exhaust brake at an idle when the temperature is below 175F
