HushMat Ultra Sound Deadening and Thermal Insulating Material Bulk Kit contains thirty 12 in. x 23 in. sheets of Stealth Black Foil 58 Sq Ft. Reduce heat and noise with one material, stealth black foil stays hidden.

HushMat Bulk Kit contains 58 sq ft of the easiest to install sound deadening and thermal insulating material. There are no tools or adhesives required. Super flexible and moldable. Manufactured in the USA for three decades, rated #1 in performance.

  • Proprietary self-adhesive butyl rubber compound significantly reduces road noise and vibrations for a quieter ride.
  • Silver or Black Aluminum foil backing provides same excellent heat insulation for a cooler interior in the summer and warmer in the winter.
  • High-temperature resistance up to 550 degrees F.
  • Flexible and easy to mold to complex surfaces offers easy installation without special tools or harmful chemical surface preparation.
  • Lightweight design offers minimal impact on overall vehicle weight.
  • Moisture and corrosion resistant long lasting protection against moisture and rust, ensuring durability.

Flammability: Tested per FMVSS 302, HushMat Ultra is self-extinguishing and meets all aspects of the standard
Hardness: 6.5 - 9.0mm ?ASTM D-5
Peel Strength: Tested in 90 degree peel at a crosshead speed of 300mm per minute on a 25 mm wide test specimen. Average load in Newtons is reported.
R-Value: 7
Safety: HushMat Ultra is not considered a hazardous material. Care should be used in handling to avoid cuts from the foil. Gloves are recommended. The Material Safety Data Sheet is available upon request and should be read and understood before using this product.
Shelf Life: At least 6 months when stored at 40 degrees C or less
Specific Gravity: 1.47 (approx. 0.47 pounds per square foot)
Temperature Resistance: HUSHMAT ULTRA will withstand a bake of 1 hour at 240 degrees C with no deformation, sag, or flow when baked in horizontal, vertical or inverted positions.
