These adapters were designed to connect Hooker S10 LS engine cast iron exhaust manifolds 71223026HKR, BHS593, BHS594, and BHS595 to the Hooker 3 in. exhaust systems for the same application, but can also be used with the same manifolds for the basis from which to build a custom exhaust system to your own specifications.
