Carli Dodge Leveling Pintop 2.5 System, Auto-Leveling Air Suspension, BASE

Carli Pintop Systems provide a moderate lift and the added confidence of larger diameter (2.5”) shocks. They are a perfect blend of a comfortable on-road ride with all the harsh edges rounded and confident light- to medium-duty off-roading.

The Carli Pintop is a Jack-of-all-trades system that delivers a sedate yet confident on-road ride with all the harsh edges rounded and smoothed while making light- to medium-duty off-road escapades completely controlled and uneventful. The system features Carli-specific, blueprinted, King 2.5 shocks on all four corners. With a 2.5-inch diameter shock body these Pintop shocks delver 55% more piston surface area than a 2.0-inch shock. Carli engineers have designed a custom piston to produce proper base flow rates and optimize performance in robust Âľ-ton and one-ton platforms. The Carli-spec shocks also feature shafts machined and polished from a solid piece of 17-4 stainless. The system delivers a dramatic increase is travel and the included adjustable track bar adds stability countering the sloppiness that can lead to Death Wobble. The truck will sit higher in the front for a level look and have more wheel travel thanks to the lighter rate Carli coil springs.

  • This specific SKU is Custom Tuned to work with the Auto-Leveling-Air-Suspension equipped Ram 3500’s equipped with Carli 3.25″ Lift System and Carli Progressive Leaf Springs.
  • Not recommended for use with any lift systems other than Carli Ram 3500 Air Ride Specific kit.
